How many webinars are held each year?
We host 10-15 webinars annually, featuring a mix of established experts and emerging researchers covering various aspects of diabetic foot research and clinical practice.
Registration & Access
Do I need to create an account?
You can register for individual upcoming webinars with just your email. However, creating a free account gives you access to our complete archive of past webinars, downloadable resources, and makes future registrations faster.
How do I register for an upcoming webinar?
Simply click the “Register Now” button on any upcoming webinar card, fill in your details, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with the joining link and calendar invite.
When will I receive my webinar access link?
You’ll receive a confirmation email immediately after registration with all the details. We’ll also send reminder emails 24 hours and 1 hour before the webinar starts with the access link.
What if I can't attend a live webinar?
No problem! All webinars are recorded and made available in our archive within 24-48 hours after the live session. Create a free account to access all recordings anytime.
I registered but didn't receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, contact us at support@df-webinars.com and we’ll resend your confirmation or help troubleshoot the issue.

What platform do you use for the webinars?
Our live webinars are hosted on Zoom. You’ll receive detailed joining instructions in your confirmation email. No special software installation is required for most devices.
Can I join from my mobile device?
Yes! Our webinars are accessible from desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. For the best experience, we recommend using a desktop or laptop with a stable internet connection.
Will there be closed captions or transcripts available?
Yes, all webinars include live closed captions during the session. Transcripts and presentation slides are made available for download in the archive section after each webinar.
What internet speed do I need?
We recommend a minimum internet speed of 3 Mbps for smooth video streaming. If you experience connectivity issues, you can dial in by phone using the audio-only option.

Are presentation slides available for download?
Yes, presentation slides and any additional resources shared by speakers are available for download from the webinar archive. You’ll need a free account to access these materials.
Will I receive a certificate of attendance?
Yes, registered participants who attend the live webinar or watch the full recording can download a certificate of attendance from their account dashboard.

Can I download the webinar videos?
Webinar videos are available for streaming only. However, you can download presentation slides and supplementary materials from each webinar page.
